40' General Service Flat Car, possibly PRR FM Class and first built in 1902. The Pennsylvania Railroad built 3,661 40ft FM flat cars from 1902 to the mid-1930's. The cars were of an advanced design compared to other flat cars of their era. Production ended when the F30 was introduced.
